OP I hope your daughter has been keeping a diary of dates and times when these things have been happening.

Don't worry if there is no union ect all she needs to do is go the the local CAB office and get them to stamp her diary after every incident or as close to every incident as possible to confirm what she has wrote, she must keep them up to date with whats going on as if things go further they can arrange for someone to help.

She must fill in the diary the same time the incident happens as it is fresh in her mind, writing it two weeks later is no good and remember just because a diary is filled in means nothing if witnesses all of a sudden don't remember seing anything so getting CAB involved should make a difference.

If your daughter gets asked to go into the office for a meeting or even for a quick word tell her to ask them to put it to her in writing as from now on she needs to do everything by the book.

Just go to CAB they will be able to explain the process better than I.
It's better to regret something I did do than to regret something that I didn’t. :EasterBun
