Do 3 Let you know if your order has been declined?
Hi,
Quick q, I ordered a mobile through 3 the other night and got my order confirmation email along with an estimated delivery of tomorrow. They haven't contacted me again since then though...
Do they let you know instantly if you've been declined or do they email you a day or so later?
If it's not sure and they have a history of not letting customers know then should I call up to confirm?
Thanks loads.
Dan

I never got any email, other than to say there had been a problem processing my order, and they would contact me by telephone within a few hours. A few hours went by and no contact, so I phoned them instead. Phoned the sales number (freefone) off the online shop, and basically the payment system was having issues at the time taking the payment for delivery, so I just made the payment over the phone, and they sent it out.
They still didn't send any emails after this though, so you might be okay; just phone up the sales team using the number 0800 358 8460.0 -
If you have a date its gone throughDon't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.0
