clear view vision 500 door not locking

Hi all,

Our landlord just installed a brand new vision 500 for us which has been working amazingly until this evening when for no apparent reason the door handle will not close fully. It locks in the first tiny bit and then will not budge past 45 degrees off of where it should be (pointing directly downwards)

I don't want to out too much force on it as it isn't mine to break and if it is a fault it should be covered by warranty as it is 3 weeks old.

Just wondered if this is normal and there is an easy fix or I need to call the installer.

Thanks

Have you spun it round too much - try turning the handle when the door is open as it adjusts to give a tight fit. It sounds to me that you have turned the handle too much and therefore it cant fit into the catch on the stove :) Have a fiddle, dont force it, spin the handle round to adjust it and keep trying to close it until it fits properly. Im sure thats all it is.
