My mobile's been fraudulently barred, 3 don't care

    I'm glad it worked out for you, but the phone belongs to the insurance company that paid out. If there was fraud it's the insurance company who have been defrauded who need to investigate, it's nothing to do with Three any longer.


    Your right Three didn't care, why should they, as long as the contract is being paid they do not need to know what happens to the device that came with the contract. The device belongs to the contract holder, not Three.

    your seller was ewrong to say he was waiting for his seller to refund him-that was not your problem and he should have refunded as soon as he received your phone
