Declined three contract

Hello,
I stupidly applied for a three contract yesterday, and got declined/ I have good credit, have a mortgage, all bills up to date. But I do not know if the credit reference agencies have updated my credit report that I am on the electrol roll.
I was added on the 1st February, but I thought by now experian would have added my information. I have now ordered a copy of my credit report and am going to see it in a few days, as there can't be any other explanation as to why I was declined.
To make matters worse, when I was applying the website kept saying "page can not be found". After speaking to three today they say it went through and declined 5 TIMES! now this will totally ruin my credit worthiness.
Is there anything I can do to get these takes off?

you could ask them to mark your credit file as it was a system error.0
