Anyone sent an E2save claim between 25th Dec and 20th Jan?

Hi,

I sent three different cashback claims to E2save during the period above and Royal Mail's website still shows them all as being on their way. 2 of the claims have been paid but they are saying that one of them hasn't arrived. If anyone out there still has a tracking number handy for one of their claims during this period could they post it on here? E2save seem to just check Royal Mail's site for delivery confirmation and honour the claim if there is proof of delivery. I stand to lose £97 if I can't prove delivery.

Any help greatly appreciated.

Royal mail's recorded does not seem to obtain a signature when delivering to the dunstable address for some reason. I suggest you tell them you would like to resend the claim again, as you already have a tracking number they shouldn't mind. If they do give you grief, mention the fact that NONE of the claims sent to this address ever get signed for via recorded, including the 2 they've paid you for (if you search on teh forum, you'l see whole threads about this).

I had same problem with CPW, I sent another claim to CPW using special delivery. When I contacted royal mail to find out about recorded deliver they told me that the letter was delivered at this date but they have no signature.
