I dunno if it will actually help but you can report him through ebay.....he might get a strike or something (dunno if he can get suspended for not having the right contact details)

From experience, a duff phone number leads to suspension until account info is corrected...

False or missing contact information
Falsifying or omitting contact information such as a member's name, address, email address and/or telephone number when registering on eBay is not permitted. It is also not permitted to use fax or disconnected numbers as a telephone number.
If you believe an eBay member is using false contact information, please report it using the Customer Support link at the bottom of this page.

I have a happy result!!
i did leave a pretty stroppy message on the guys answerphone, and he just called me.
Apparently he has a virus on the pc, so can't open emails, and wasn't able to see what t shirt my son bid on so sent one anyway.
he was very apologetic on phone, and told me what t shirts he had left, and is posting son a new one today... plus said don't worry about sending the wrong one back, your son can keep it.
Might sell it to one of his mates..lol
I will have a very happy son later( a rare thing for a 16 yr old!)
