Is it just me or has anyone else who has a mobile phone on Orange contract lost reception for the past week?

Some of my friends in the area who also have Orange phones have had the same problem so I know that it isn't my phone.

I have tried calling Orange cust ser several times (from a land line because of no reception) and have been on hold for over 30 mins so hung up before I've even talked to someone! I've even sent them an e-mail and have had no reply. I need my phone for work but all of last week I missed out on jobs because of the reception - or lack of it should I say.

Has anyone else experienced this?

    At least I'm not the onlyone suffering! ;) Have you managed to get hold of their customer services? I'm begining to think that everyone at Orange have gone on holiday.

    Well it's been over 3 weeks now and I've finally managed to get hold of someone in customer services.
    Their answer is that they don't know when it will be fixed and because every time I leave the area (drive about 10-20mins away) and get reception my phone goes balistic with text messages and ans phone messages weeks old, I have therefor been able to use my phone and so will not get compensated :mad: despite not being able to use my phone when I need to or receive calls. :mad: :mad: :mad:
