    Hi Everyone!

    Today am going to:

[STRIKE]- Finish writing a list of all my CD singles <I have 200+ and have to laboriously locate their label/code/release dates online> am on day 3 of it now!!! Then i can e-mail the list to a retailer who will <fingers crossed> buy them!!! Worth doing as have found 3 that are worth £10+ which I have posted on amazon myself[/STRIKE] :)
[STRIKE]- Have a long bath as a reward[/STRIKE]
[STRIKE]- Also keep heating at a minimum (and wear extra clothes hehe!!!)[/STRIKE]
[STRIKE]- Start scanning old photos on to my computer - do half the box today - half tomorrow.[/STRIKE]
[STRIKE]- Change my bedding and get washing all up to date.[/STRIKE]
    [STRIKE]- Aim for a NSD[/STRIKE]

    Good luck everyone!!!

  • Hi everyone.
My second day off, loads to do as working tomorrow and the weekend.
Still got stuff to do off yesterdays list! Don't know where it went.

    Todays list:
    Check for surveys.
Find an envelope (I have loads in a box somewhere:o) and post off my tax refund forms.
    Meals from stores.
    NSD.
Some more painting in front bedroom.
Start tidying up garden. (A solid mass of grass/weeds/rocks/rubbish at the moment). Even if I can sweep up some leaves it will be a start.
  • Morning all

Brought lunch to work, eating from freezer tonight and going straight home from work, no messing!

My course work has arrived and much of my day will be centred around getting things set up ready to study.

So without further ado; the list:

    • all meals from the store cupboard
    • check bank online and update spreadsheet accordingly
    • sort out filing box for course material
    • research the cheapest place to buy reference books
    • sort out cupboard under the sink, leftover job from yesterday
    • peg washing out in the garden

    Hi

I checked my payslip - payday tomorrow - an extra £23 in my pay this month - woopdeedoo… :p

I've figured out a bit of a budget for March. After outgoings, savings for a couple of 'spensive months ahead and paying off my o/d :j I'll have £200 leftover. Doable but tight as always. I'm going to break this down into £100 between tomorrow and 9th March and another £100 from 10th - 23rd.

I have got a few things planned between now and next payday so I'll need to keep track - going out for a meal on Sat night and got friends round next weekend - another dinner out next wknd for that - I'll make sure my cupboards are well stocked to minimise what we spend though… There are also a few things I need to buy, but will REALLY need to think about justifying those things… Maybe I'll see how much of the £200 I can keep until next payday and then spend what's left - that's what I'd do in an ideal world.

    Here are my small things:
    - Weird but healthy lunch for 57p - spicy sardine pasta - no one will have the same lunch as me today ;)
    - Enjoying free cuppas in work
    - Walked to work - tomorrow I will have saved £9 :T
    - Tidying round tonight so we don't have EVERYTHING to do over the weekend
    - Yoga practice - friends are coming round for a class on Sunday :D
    - Bit of knitting and catch up with some TV

    Keeping it simple

Hello, it is a nice bright sunny day here although the presence of dampness on the ground first thing did try and make Doglet convince me it was not walking weather.

    Have all meals from stores
    Charge phones at work
Drink lots of free tea at work
Check banking - very unimpressed with Halifax their on-line banking system has immediately locked me out for my new account for 7 days so can't get the £100 for changing banks and spirit into ISA away from DH spending. Just hope it does the same for him too!
    Gym tonight
Sort out paperwork for tenant finding

Found a box of Quaker oat breakfast cereal in former colleague's desk (recent departure) so snaffled them for munchies!
    Start info Dec11
    H@lifax [STRIKE]£13813.45[/STRIKE] paid Sep14 paid 23 months early :T

    B@rclays £[STRIKE]25000[/STRIKE] paid 4 years 5 months early. S@ntander £[STRIKE]9300[/STRIKE] paid 2 years 2 months early
