Thursday 23 February - What small DFW things will you be doing today!?

When we start out on the DFW trail we do loads of "big stuff" that makes quite a difference to our situation. These include having our lightbulb moment, cutting up the credit cards and cancelling Sky and the gym.
But once we have done the bigger stuff, we often feel that we are not making the same amount of progress, when in fact the small steps are helping us form good financial habits and helping us get closer everyday to staying in control and becoming debt free, or staying debt free.
Examples could be hanging washing out instead of using the tumble dryer or leaving your purse/wallet at home to avoid the risk of spending.
So be proud of those small steps, they really are important
hopefully only 1 thread! I think if you can't see the smilie you think its not started?
Anyway yay its Thursday, which is a hop skip & a jump to the weekend :j
Ok small things today -
* contact new bank about online banking details as haven't got them
(going to be a right faff going to the bank withdrawing money to put into my other bank...)
* checked bank accs
* brekkie, lunch & dinner from stores
* NSD?
* continue not smoking :beer:
* check onepoll
* get oh to get box & bubble wrap from work to send off wii
* Walk to work!
* gym and sauna after work
* Mrs Flylady? need to keep busy at the moment!
ok think that's me! Have a great day x

Morning all,
Thanks for starting us DNMS, good luck with not smoking, you can do it!
I had to ring my energy supplier yesterday - once again despite our account being in credit, they want to up my direct debit from £42 a month to £59...it's so warm today we don't even have the heating on this morning so they can jog on! They are the best energy supplier I've had so far but this does annoy me.
Today I will:-- Make a homemade juice
- [STRIKE]Food from stores[/STRIKE]
- [STRIKE]Make use of free water/milk at work[/STRIKE]
- [STRIKE]Log calories using free app[/STRIKE]
- [STRIKE]Charge phone at work[/STRIKE]
- [STRIKE]Post ebay item on my lunchbreak[/STRIKE]
- [STRIKE]Pop to Mr T's for fruit & bread, check out reduced section[/STRIKE]
- [STRIKE]Pop to Debenhams to see if I can exchange dress in store...doesn't seem to be an exchange option if I use the courier & the price has gone back up!![/STRIKE]
- Check for surveys
- Enter comps
- Check online banking
- [STRIKE]Try & keep the heating on low[/STRIKE] - It's been so warm today we haven't needed it at all!
- [STRIKE]Work on wedding related tasks[/STRIKE]

Have a snack from stores when I get in instead of takeaway
