What feedback should I leave?

Just wanted some advice on what level of feedback i should leave for someone I bought from recently on ebay... been looking for a specific and rare item the last few weeks and found one being sold by an overseas seller (this is the only one I've found so far)....questioned as to whether it was all in english and he replied…

Stavros is ok I reckon he just wanted to get on his soapbox! he was peeved and wanted people to tell it to! He is also quite an experienced ebayer so he is quite aware of everything including baddies!
