Tesco mobile

I have just ordered a Samsung galaxy Ace phone from Tesco as its a good deal considering free mins,texts and data usage for monthly fee its on a 24 month contract,which doesn't bother me as I have been on pay as you go for 10 years paying a fortune with an old phone.

One thing I would like to know does anyone know how long Tesco will repair the phone if I have any problemwoulddl it be just for a standard 12 months of the phone warranty or for the 24 months while I'm under contract with them,mind you that maybe the contract just covers the simsim,also how do you go about sending phones back for repair,can you do it through any of there stores.

On a final note does anyone have any experience of this phone to let me know if it will have have any problems

  • Ignore the fact that you're with Tesco. The phone warranty on Samsung devices is (I'm 99% certain) for two years from date of purchase. Same goes for Nokia, HTC, Sony etc. Carphone Warehouse has repair centres you can use and you can also find Samsung details direct with a google search.

    Samsung's warranty is not the SOGA / vendors warranty .
    But is a two year limited warranty that has restrictions .
