Orange Customer Service
Had to contact Orange today, admittedly I kept hanging up and redialling when I got an Indian, but once through to UK, I had the best service that anyone could ask for.
Polite, helpful and friendly, took control of my 'problem', sorted most of it instantly, then said I will call back on the other point.
10 minutes later phone went and it was Orange telling me everything had been arranged and sorted as I requested.

Plymouth are better
I spent 25 years in the mobile industry, from 1994 to 2019. Worked for indies as well as the big networks, in their stores also in contact centres. I also hold a degree in telecoms engineering so I like to think I know what I’m talking about 😂0 -

Didn't expect to get many/any replies to this post as everyone on here always wants to moan that they either can't get out of a contract they have knowingly and willingly agreed to, or they don't want to pay the bill for their usage that they having knowingly used!!!0
