    No, I thought it referred to my going outside of my talk minutes, seeing as I didn't check my call list numbers/duration of calls each month. Also as VAT rose, so did the cost. I just didn't tally it up.

    You can disagree as much as you want, doesn't alter the facts.

    I'm wondering why you find it so hard to believe that errors were made by T Mobile? Errors that they are refunding me in full for?

    You've just admitted in post 12 that there were additional charges every month on your bill.
    You could have had your issue sorted much sooner with just the smallest amount of vigilance.
