If you wanted new rear lights for your 2003 Peugeot, would you buy them on ebay from overseas, even if they were free and you just paid the postage?

Just accept they're worthless and bin them.

    Hi,

I'm wondering if anyone can give me advice as to the best way to sell some car lights. They are rear continental light for a Peugeot 307 (2003). I have tried selling them a couple of times on Eb*y with no luck. I obviously want to get a sensible price for them as they are a high value item, but they need to go as we haven't even owned that car since 2008 lol.

    Many thanks :)

From your signature I assume you got these for a car you had when overseas?

Have you no contacts at Army\Airforce either overseas or here?

There used to be a market for Overseas lights as when military personnel took their cars to use overseas you had about 2 weeks (IIRC) to get the car tested which meant getting foreign lights.

Worth a shot (pun intended ;))

trouble with those lights, the FOG lamp wiring is backwards to the UK/IRL model, you would have to convert the rear light harness easier said than done and not worth undertaking for a set of lights.

your market is international france, germany, italy, spain, a pain in the bahind so you need to research how much their going on ebay for those countries, and price yourself into their market and find out shipping costs with insurance etc.
