Selling car lights

Hi,

I'm wondering if anyone can give me advice as to the best way to sell some car lights. They are rear continental light for a Peugeot 307 (2003). I have tried selling them a couple of times on Eb*y with no luck. I obviously want to get a sensible price for them as they are a high value item, but they need to go as we haven't even owned that car since 2008 lol.

If you don't have the car anymore then they are worthless to you. Just put them on ebay with a low starting price and let the auction run its course.

Agreed. You see them as high value, in reality they are worth what someone will pay as a used item.

Try some car forums as an alternative or to flag up the auction. Did you join any pug clubs that you could post on?

Have you set the auctions to be available outside the UK? You might need to make them available elsewhere and perhaps include google translations in the text and title.

I realise as I no longer have the car they are "worthless" to me, but I have listed them on Eb*y a few times with no bidders or I would have sold them. I also need to sell them for enough to cover their fees etc. My problem is the fact that they are continental (so fog light is on opposite side) which makes them a bit more difficult to sell

When listing them on ebay did you say list to all countries and will post worldwide?
Should open a lot more foreign buyers then whose cars they fit directly.

Wait until a 99p free weekend event and start them off then. You'll only pay up if they sell.

International is the way to go but TBH the payment will then cause you issues.

Why will it cause issues? PayPal will automatically convert it to GBP.

Also, how are they high value? They're the wrong lights for the country, from a car that was produced in millions.

Because you will lose in the conversion. They don't do it for free do they?
