Saw the points code too late but I guess its not gonna matter now delivery is 5th March. My confirmation also says £5 delivery which I have queried by email. Hope this gets put right soon.

Are you ordering the 20% off wine for delivery in March?lisle wrote:there's free delivery for orders delivered between 5th - 18th march.
i've just made 2 orders & used codes for 1000 points on each
If so I don't think you'll get the 20% off as I'm sure I've read that they charge the price instore on the day of delivery.
Of course you might strike lucky and find the wines cheaper when not on offer!
I read last time there was 25% off (just before Christmas) that someone who ordered during the offer for delivery after it ended actually paid less as the wine had been put up in price for the week of the offer and was cheaper when not on offer!0 -
Was this on a wine order or grocery?windym wrote:Double check your code expiry dates, most run out on 4th March, but free delivery doesn't actually start until 5 March. Your order will accept it but when it is delivered the points will be invalid. Tesco would not give me my points last time they did this.0 -

Because that is correct. At store level, email access is restricted to the store manager.Who or what was I before you came in to my life

This is what it says on tesco's websiteThis week only at Tesco Wine Club, we are offering 20% or more off All Wine and Champagne! Also, all orders placed this week for delivery between 5th March and 18th March will receive Free Delivery.
Both these offers will end at 23.59pm on Sunday 25th February so don't delay!
I've just had a call back about the £5 delivery showing on my confirmation email & this will not be deducted.

I was told that I could not email Customer Services.0 -
By the way there is the same offer on at the moment at M&S - 20% off all wine and free delivery: http://www.marksandspencer.com/IWCatSectionView.process?IWAction=&Section_Id=7562"The happiest of people don't necessarily have the

I also had the issue where they put the £5 delivery charge in my email, and it's on my order history when I look through on the website. I guess we'll just have to wait to see how much our cards are actually charged.
Another weird thing is that it has tracked through Quidco as an order value of £54.12 when it should be £63.60 (without delivery charge), so giving me a little less cashback than I should get. Anyone else found this?
I used a code for 1000 extra points - when do these points normally get added to your card?0 -
