Has anyone had the Wolf Blass yellow label cab sauv compare for JTD? Got 6 this afternoon and showing £5.98 on Asda, paid £7.99 with the 25% off on top, so would be £4 a bottle with JTD. Realised when I got home that I should have got red label, but have put receipt into price check and will see what happens.

Hope you dont mind me asking where this was, as ive been giving grief in a particular store myself and had mine refused, as they no longer take them.

Worked on the Wolf Blass yellow label cab sauv but not as much as the Red Label. Yellow label comes back as £2.01 per bottle JTD.

Anyone had JTD on Gallo Merlot Rose? £6.49 at Tesco today (until tomorrow when it drops to £4.49) but apparently Gallo Merlot Rose is £4.00 at Asda?

Gallo merlot rose has been £5 for about 3 weeks in tesco and has been pricematching against asda when they had it on 3 for £10 and also when it was £4 a bottle. I bought 8 on thursday and got £8 jtd back no problem.

Does anyone know the email address for Philip Clarke, CEO at Tesco? I used a Price Check voucher for 30 odd pence and the SA put her glasses on and took ages reading it, then asked me for the receipt which I duly gave her. She said she would need to keep it and I said I would prefer to have it back as I keep my receipts for my records. She then proceeded to call a supervisor over who, again, didn't know what the voucher was and didn't know if he had to keep the receipt. I said that it said on the voucher that I just have to show it to confirm the number at the bottom with the voucher number but he then had to go away over to Customer Services to ask them. He came back and said that, yes, they had to keep the receipt. Probably Customer Services didn't know either so just said to take it. I don't think that can be right as there may have been an item on the receipt (maybe not this time but maybe in the future) which I or other people would need to keep their receipt for. All this commotion for 30 odd pence and people behind me in the queue waiting to be served. A bit off-putting and embarrassing. I've used about 4 vouchers up until now and not one SA knew what they were but had a quick look, then scanned them but didn't ask for the receipt to check the number, although I always take the receipts just in case. What does anyone else think about this? I'm going to email Philip Clarke's team to ask their opinion if I can get the email address.
