It is bogof in Tesco at £3.98. It is £2 at Asda. So if you pick up too the price check will not give you a voucher for the cheese.
So you get 2 for £3.98 at Tesco (ie £1.99 each) or 1 for £3.98 and a £1.98 voucher (ie a cost of £2). Therefore they are cheaper if you buy 2 of them at Tesco and you don't have the hassle of the price check and carrying a voucher around.
Don't worry. You are not the only one on this thread to do this. People get so excited about getting a jtd voucher that they are not thinking straight!

Hi any meal deal wine working please?
  • Went to T's tonight and bought Blue Riband bars which are £1.55 for 9 - £1 in Asda but instead of just 9 they had 100% free so hopefully they will check tomorrow.

Anyone got a £5 JTD back on the Dettol no touch system? And if so, on which "flavour"? I could only see the Aloe Vera one on mysupermarket, but my T Extra only sells the ordinary one? TIA

You will only get a JTD back on the Silver Aloe Vera one and not many Tesco's seem to sell them. I bought 3 of the others a couple of weeks ago and when they came back N/A I took them back cos my mum wanted the silver ones;)
Be thankful for what you have because it could all be taken away tomorrow.;)
