hi sorry if this is a stupid question new to JTD can you enter more than one receipt per day or is it limited i have a few from recent shops and wanted to try and see if i can get anything from them thanks

Their Fair Use Policy says 10 per month - has anyone got more than 10 in a month?

Also says only 1 redeemed per day but I used 3 today

When you are planning your shop on mys you have to do the comparison against just one shop not 'against other shops'.

It automatically comes up comparing my item to about 4 other supermarkets? Am i doing this wrong?

    Many thanks

I also know I've gone wrong by adding all my own things to the shop which did come up cheaper than Asda. Have kindly been advised how to do it properly :)

    It's far too complex for me but I understand you have to do separate targetted shops, T v A, T v S and T v M iyswim.

On my returned price promise receipt from my shopping earlier it has not recorded any of the items that I brought as a multibuy for example

Brought 2 x 8 pack cokes at £3.84 which were BOGOF but the price promise receipt valued them as £7.68 instead of £3.84.

Same error for 4 pack twirls and walkers 12 pack crisps which are both BOGOF.

Yes, it will automatically compare against those other supermarkets. When we say to do a targeted shop, we mean against one specific store. For instance the cereal at the moment that is cheaper in Asda - if you're getting those, make sure all the other items in your shop are also cheaper or the same price in Asda.

To keep it simpler, anything more expensive or you're not sure about, pay for separately. Just make sure you've got 8 different items that are cheaper or the same in your JTD specific purchase.
