I have put my receipt in 3 times now and had nothing back, when I resubmit my details it says "thank you for inputting your receipt bla bla bla" but nothing come back.
Might be because theres only 3 items on it.

I tried this on Tuesday & all of my shopping came back as N/A yesterday. I phoned Tesco CS today & got what can only be described as a fobof!!! (This is my term & I intend to copyright it)

When this happened to me before I posted on their facebook page, and got a private message quite quick asking for details. Might be worth a try.

Cs sent me a gift card for the correct amount last month when this happened.

please check the loreal prices before you shop. lots of prices went up today and if i hadn't checked i would have lost money:eek:

It's been working up until now ok, but sounds like there might be glitches, yet again. Either that or the end is nigh...

I've had all my receipts signed this week in 4 separate stores and a friend was turned down in an Express store that she'd previously used price checks in without a problem, as they said Express stores are no longer taking them.

I think it's thoroughly broken (yet again....sigh) because I put a receipt in yesterday that had 42 items on it and it only compared 1 of them :mad:

Not even Tesco can tell me that Asda don't sell, or have in stock, the other 41 items that they conveniently chose not to price match.

What a complete and utter shambles from a sorry excuse for a company!
