Best cheap mobile for 2 way SKYPE calling?

Hello All

Advice again please, my partner has just moved to Dubai and I would love to Skype him on a mobile when I am out and about - saves me carrying my laptop anywhere.

I was wondering what is the cheapest phone I can buy that will support two way video calling? I don't want a contract but am struggling to find a phone I can just buy for this purpose.

3UK started the ball rolling with their Skypephone S1 & S2, which you can still pick up s/h. That said, any smartphone can offer Skype as an app, and when using data intensive applications like video, nip into McDonald's and use their free Wifi, that way the call is totally free to you.

three network is the only one really but the three skype phone were only 30-40 pounds dont know even if they still sell them smart phones from tmobile and orange only work over wifi as they block it so three is your only choice really.
