when i worked in a bank processing centre, i accidentally sent out a customers details in another customers letter (picked both of the printer)
In the end we paid out £1250 in compensation as we had breached DPA
Tell your Ex and tell her to write a very strongly worded letter saying she feels violated etc. split the proceeds. everyones happyI am a Mortgage Adviser
