contract phone suspended service
Options
Hi all,
I have a T-Mobile flex-t contract phone and if I am two weeks late in paying the bill they cut off my service. I can still recieve calls and texts but can't make any - I can't even use my free allowance !!! Even when I pay it takes them 3-4days to connect again.
They're probably allowed to do this but I can't find my T & C 's, just to check. Does anyone know if they definately are or are not allowed to do this ????
My argument is that as I'm in a contract they will definately get their money, but by cutting me off they aren't providing the service that they are contracted to. Any help ???
Thanks

You seem to have kind of a flimsy arguement there. You say that as you are in a contract they will definately get their money but in fact they haven't and it appears you still haven't paid?0

Is this a joke post?0

lol, You dont get anything for nothing, I'd cut you off if payment was a few days late!
Technically you not paying your bill means youve broken the contract anyway, so they can do what they want. Even terminate the service completely0 -
Yep, I'd say you were in breach of contract as you've not paid the invoiced amount by the due date. Why would they let you keep running up bills / using flext allowance if they weren't being paid?!
If you ring up and pay via a debit card they will normally re-connect you within a matter of minutes.0
