  • The original agreement wasn't for £3800, was it?

You haven't editted it to simply read as the total which is 3800 have you?
  • The original agreement in the 'Loan Agreement Doc' which was signed is £3800.

He paid some off which is signed on the chart. He also borrowed more money which was added on the chart and the total outstanding is £3886

Even if the judgement goes in your favour, he will probably say he has no money and the judge will require him to pay you a token amount per month - £1 or so.
  • princess; i know how you feel im dyslexic and people take the p all the time, however your ex sounds a bit like mine very clever, and I gess your name not on any bills or anything, as for rent free, no one lives rent free, did you iron clean cook, thats chores and has to be paid for by him!
me post wont help, cause i did get some money out the millionare pratt that i lived with for 20 years, all 6,000 wow it got spent paying debits off as it dose.
    good luck
  • Well he is employed full time, Owns his own property and spent 30k on a car last year so hopefully weak difence if he says he has no money.

I did pay rent for the last year and a half, I done the chores, food shopping etc. I recently contacted out local council and he only put me on the council tax last year (which I didnt know about - I thought I was on it the full 4 years)

What I am worried about is that he earns 60k however is limited company so on paper it looks like he earns a hell of alot less because of clever accounting

    I've been Money Tipped!
He works in banking so he cant have CCJs against him

Well there's your lever right there! If you go online to register a small claims case against him, the threat of a CCJ and lsoing his job will probably (maybe) be enough to get hism to cough up
