getting used to broken sleep is quite a shocker for sure... and the fact that men can sleep through nearly everything, whereas I hear a creak and spring awake, lol.

Amazing labour hun, really well done, I've had 3 sections, and am always astounded how quickly some Mams can spring back after labour.

Take your time, relax, forget house work and sleep when baby sleeps, esp if your are feeding yourself. Try and rest instead of rushing around like crazy for visitors or trying to get lots of things done.

Eight hours sleep, yeah if you've got a nanny or are male!

After baby number three the housework had to slide abit & if there was toys on the floor when my SIL (she with no children & a perfect house:mad:) so be it, no she never once offered any help!
Enjoy your little one, cuddle, love & sleep together.

Four hours labour never even had that with baby number five! :rotfl::rotfl:
