How 'new' is a 'new' contract?

A new connection is a new contract, topcash say it all the time and always pay outDon't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.0

It would be a new contract if you take a new number.
You would then need to port your current PAYG number to another network and then back onto your new contract if you wished to keep the number.0 -
I asked an online adviser on the Vodafone website and he said it would qualify as a new contract so I went ahead and signed up. Just got an email to say an item I have ordered is 'out of stock'! How can a sim-only contract be out of stock?!?0
