Recieved 3rd Letter From Civil Enforcement Limited

I received this letter (I'm a new member so can't link pictures) Basically its the same as the one as other people have recieved saying they will submit court papers to Northampton County Court on 1st March 2012? from Civil Enforcement Limited Feeling kind of scared? What should I do ? Thanks Ross

Most likely CE is getting together a lot of "unpaid" cases and are issuing court-papers out in an attempt to get them to pay up.

OP, you said the original breach of contract was back in July time, if the debt was real and they thought they would win they would have taken you to court by now.
