dell warranty question

im about to buy a dell laptop from the dell site and ive chosen "Collect & Return, 90 Day Service only". Does this mean if anything goes wrong in 90 days they will sort it out? And if something happens after 90 days they wont fix or replace it? Does this mean there is no warranty after 90 days? thanks

i bought my daughter a dell pc last year with the 9o day warranty etc. 2 months later someone rang me asking if i wanted complete package warranty for 45 quid for 3 years. i said ok then. you might get the same option.......... If not i have never had any probs with dell.
