CCS Collect are not bailiffs, they just write letters like any debt collector in this situation. There's no credit agreement nor warrant to 'collect' on so it really is only letters from them, no-one can send the boys round.

Wind them up as much as you like but don't say who was driving, don't give them info.

Oh, yes, forgot to mention, when you have finished extracting the urine from these fools, don't keep it to yourself- tell all your friends... tell them to tell all THEIR friends..

Well, after explaining what I've learnt on here to my girlfriend and her parents, everyone seems happy to continue to ignore them.

I've been past the car park since and there was a sign (over 6ft up an unlit pole) and the view of it was obscured by a lampost 5 yards ahead of it on the pavement displaying a sign forewarning of road works.

It's been agreed me and my girlfriend will be left to deal with it (more likely me). So if we receive any official court documentation I shall be back - but until then, it's ignoring them!
