G24 Ltd - Contractual Parking Charge Notice

Hoping this is unenforceble as all the others I've read about here?
My girlfriend received this 'Contractual Parking Charge Notice' today, as one day a few weeks ago we parked the car in a car park of an office just outside our local town centre.
We were in the car park for 17 minutes (according to this letter) and they have pictures of us entering and leaving (although it's very, very dark, I dont know how they saw the numberplate).
The letter claims "these terms were clearly displayed at the entrance to and in prominent places within the car park". It's a tiny car park, no barriers, and no signs that were visible. My friend parks in the adjoining car park as his friends dad owns the business located there, and in the several times I've been through the car park I've seen nothing.
Anyways, they've offered a reduced amount of £75 if we pay now, which obviously we won't, but should we be leaving it, or should we be contacting them in some way to offer a reduced amount of f*** all?
Thanks

Just ignore them, G24 are one of the lightweights and don't do court. The cctv only shows the vrm at best but not who was driving so worry not. They give up son, see the paper chase in the stickies.I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.0

treat it no differently to any other scam letters you get in the post and you will be OK.
Treat it any differently and you will get exactly what you get for bothering with scam mail.
SCAMMED.
It is a complicated scam that impersonates authority, will change characters from parking firm to solicitors to debt collectors and send lots of letters to that effect.
Then they may get a spotty kid from a fake debt collectors to call your house phone, just use one of those expletives and you will be ok.Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature. If you’re not sure why please read the forum rules or email the forum team if you’re still unsure - MSE ForumTeam0 -
Okay.
I was really hoping for a witty exchange between myself and one of their failed GCSE student employees, whereby I school them in their own job and maybe get a small column in The Sun about it.
Oh well.0 -

True, but most likely on unlit posts so you won't see them0 -
Absolutely nothing "at the entrance".
Didn't see anything else.0 -

By all means, if you feel confident about it, have a bit of fun, though don't expect a column in the Sun at the end of it!
So long as you put hand on heart and promise:
1. You won't even consider giving them a dud penny no matter what they say and
2. You promise to tell all your friends about how you stuck it up a parking company... and they are to tell all their friends.. and their friends tell all their friends.. etc, etc.
But it's just that IGNORE costs nothing and ALWAYS works.
Up to you!0 -

Yeah but I can just imagine winding them up so much that they ring me to say this "CCS Collect" company are coming round and just asking them to spell "CCS" and seeing if they actually do.
Would just make my day. They're not getting a penny though, I'm still tempted to write offering them a reduced rate of F*** All and seeing how they take that0 -
Well, keep us posted and amused! Don't expect a "witty" exchange though, you cannot have that when talking to halfwits as what you say will just go over their heads.0
