I got a '3' phone via them last year and had no problem getting the cashback.0

but don't confuse them with phones2u who are less reliable..0

Took me 14 months to get mine back, countless letters, phone calls, e-mails and about 18 store visits.
Plus some legal action threatening towards the end.
Completely useless in my experience.
Oh and then after all that, they sent me a bill for £112 for no apparent reason.....how rare.0
