O2 OP 1000 upgrade option

I have been on O2 OP 1000 twenty pounds per month. I haven't noticed that I am already on 13month of 12 months contract.O2 did not phone/write to me about end of my contract.

What can I do in this situation?

I want to get rid of this contract if I do not get very cheap offer from them.Any idea about the cheapest bargain I can get from O2 if I decide to stay with them?

Its a ongoing contract - 02 wont contact you to cancel - you have to give them 30 days notice to cancel the contract over the phone, then they ask you to confirm it in writing.

The contract you signed was a minimum 12 month contract - not simply a one off 12 month contract.
