Update. I got my second letter, which had been sent to Jenny Gordon, egg plc, London, returned as no longer at the address.
However I have now recieved my sar information from egg. There is no copy of the agreement, however I have been sent all of my statements as far back as 2001.

I've not had time to trawl through all of the information, and when I have my claim is going to be sent off!
Money, money, money, must be funny....in a rich mans world.

Thanks, I sent my letter last Monday so hope to have it returned soon then.

Good luck with your claim :)
  • Hi I'm just starting with egg. I also had a credit card with them from 2007-2008. My husband seems to think we may have been paying ppi without knowing. I don't have our account number or copies of our statements as it was settled four years ago.
I assume from what you have said I can find out the account number from my credit report. Once I have that am I right in thinking I send a SAR to them requesting my statements along with a £10 cheque.
Which address do I send the letter to?

Hi I applied for a credit report but my full Egg account numbers wasn't on that. I then sent a SAR to Egg in Derby but got the reply I've said about above. They have put my account numbers on the letter they replied with so that was some help.

If you start a new thread I'm sure someone will post the correct addresss.

I used the SAR template letter from the link at the top of this forum.
Hope it was the right one.
