I always park in the parant/child spaces nice and big with no danger of getting door dinked by some knob
  • it makes me laugh you park the furthest away from everything you could possibly think of in the hope no one will bother parking next to you only to retrun and find cars next to yours on both sides.

This is the psychology of some people though! Maybe they feel safer parking next to another car???? It happens to me all the time at my local Tesco. I'll park a mile away from everything, and still come back to find at least one car parked right next to mine! Grrrrr.

    Who was there first?

We were, we always try to park the furthest from the supermarket entrance. I couldn't believe he actually waited for us to come back just to give us grief!

This is exactly what happens wherever we park! At Xmas we went shopping during the night to avoid the crowds and whilst it was busier than usual during the night, there was still lots of room to park. We had a row to ourselves and yet when we came out there was a car parked either side of ours but there was still plenty of spaces elsewhere and most were closer to the store than where we were parked......strange!!

LOL, I thought that was what you were saying but I couldn't believe some guy had parked close to your car (with other spaces nearby), opened his door onto your car and then waited for you to return so he could give you abuse!

    The mind boggles!

We have a problem with two-space parkers in our works car park. The problem is that the car park is frequently full, so this is extremely self-centred.

Normally I ignore them, but I have deliberately blocked in a serial offender (we all know that this white Nissan Juke is a serial offender and not just a victim of another bad parker as we've watched her deliberately parking badly a few times) on a couple of occasions when there have been no other spaces. As far as I am concerned, if I'm well within the lines, I bear no portion of the blame, regardless of who was there first.
