  • Hi all, I didn't realise this thread existed either!!! I live in Towcester so not a million miles away. I'm getting married on the 27th of April in Potterspury village. I still have lots to do, rings, flowers and suits mainly. Did anyone manage to get any good deals with florists? I have no idea how much two bouquets and four button holes will cost!!

I would love some advice on florists as well if anyone has any?
I met a lovely lady who quoted me about £800!
This includes my bouquet, 4 bridemaid bouquets, 4 buttonholes, 9 centrepieces and some decorative pieces for the stair rails.. I don't know much about flowers but this seemed like a lot! xx
  • DubPrincess - since my last post I have been looking at florists a lot. Luckily due to the size of my wedding I only need a bridal bouquet, a small version of mine for one bridesmaid and three simple buttonholes. I have been quoted £35 for bridal and £20 for bridesmaid. These prices give a good size bouquet of seasonal flowers which include roses. Roses are what I want. Buttonholes £3 or £4 + for a more fancy one. I'm going to see the florist after the 19th so will let you know how I get on. I thought these prices were pretty good. X
  • Hi!
I'm from Northampton though what's on offer here isn't that much so me and OH are expanding our search nearer to MK hoping we can get ideas on venues etc. So many venues being thrown out here so I'll have to check them all :)
