Virgin Media/Telewest Retentions closed on Sundays...

Virgin Media/Telewest Retentions are closed today. Just tried calling up. I called back in January.
I was on 4Meg BB at £25,
Line Rental £11
Talk Unlimited £14
Call Bar £1.50 ( i think)
£51.50 per month.
In january they slashed my 4 Meg price to £12.50 (3 months)
Line Rental £11
Talk Unlimited £5 (matched SKY 12 months)
Call Bar £1.50
This would be £30 per month then £42.50 afterwards.
Trouble is although it says all that on my notes, i am still charged full price for Talk Unlimited. This months bill is not what i expected lol. I will call tomorrow to see if they will apply it for the next 3 months. Do you think they would/could offer a better deal or should i stick with what i got?
