I have collected over the past few days 7 different codes for the Batchelors (supernoodles, pasta-in-sauce, rice etc) 'Free Fuel for a year' promotion. Today the website opened for customers to put in there codes to enter for a chance to win......however...I have put in all my seven codes and it appears they have already been used!!!! . Whoever does the promotions for Batchelors must have still been asleep when they decided that putting the codes on the outside of the packs was a good idea!!! [smilie=018.gif] So unless you are an employee who stack shelves at Asda, Tesco, Sainsburys, Morrisions etc you basically have no chance of winning. I have tried to contact Batchelors...but 'Quelle Surprise' It crashes everytime I try to get the contact details (probably because of the high volume of emails they will be receiving due to this). Has anyone else on here tried entering their codes today? wanting as much info as poss so i can take it further. Thanks xx

You must be one of the lucky few have just managed to get in touch with premier foods who make and package Batchelor products and it turns out that they have been bombarded with phone calls regarding this...but 'apparantly' they aren't the ones dealing with it so they are calling me back with a number for whoever is :mad: Grrrrr! think an email to office of fair trading may be in order...surely it's some kind of false advertising if you purcahse a promotional product and still have no chance of winning???

i have three packets of pasta n sauce and i cant register any. it says that i have already registered or ive done it wrong. an hour later i put them in the bin. this is a great way for them to get your information to sell to call centres. you get nothing for free these days.

I've been trying for a few days too, managed to send a complaint in today with out crashing!!!! Will let everyone know when (:cool:) I hear back from them. They really thought this one through!

But thanks for the competition MARKZ, hopefully some codes will go through for us compers

I'm in the same position of codes being rejected. Will be interested to hear what reply you get Jaycee.

There was a simple answer - you have to have your purchase receipt if you win. So if they had also stated that you provide the packaging showing the codes, those who have copied the codes wouldn't have been able to claim.

Lets hope they come up with some solution with the price of petrol going up in leaps each week.
