I rang the helpline on Friday as my pot shots doesn't have the correct form for the batch code and the helpline says sorry we can't help you at the moment. Please try again ........... Such a great helpline!

ive had no problems entering about 12 codes, but dont appear to have won with any of them!!!

I've just entered two codes from two Pasta 'N' Sauce packets & it went through fine

I've tried entering several codes over the last couple of weeks, and from different Batchelors products, and none of them have been accepted. I always get an error saying that the code is not valid. That said, the codes on the promotional packs look like they are formatted ever so slightly different to the example given on the website (a space here, a letter or number there).

As has been said somewhere before, this is an excellent way for Batchelors to gather contact details for junk mail and cold callers (of which I get a rediculous amount). Provide incorrect codes for a non-existent promotion. All I can say to Batchelors is "F#@k Y$u!!!"

i've had problems with a few codes, normally the ones with spaces in them. i think this is due to some kind of error not because they have been used before.

However i had an e-mail the other day saying i'd won so i've got a pre paid mastercard coming in the post for £75.09. Thanks Batchelors :T:T:T
