    They seem to be members of the Travel Trust Association - who basically say if you're not happy, go to Trading Standards! Or they'll charge you £94 for arbitration...

    You need an ATOL to sell packages. So they must be acting as agents for First Choice. The £94 arbitration fee must be refundable if teh case is found in your favour.
