Carphone Warehouse pocketed my money
Watch out if you have a mobile billed through the Carphone Warehouse and end your contract.
I ended my contract with them in January and moved to T-Mobile. Because they bill a month in advance there was a credit left on my account.
I was expecting a credit back to my bank account, or a cheque, but nothing arrived.
I spoke to them, unless you call them to ask for the money back, they will keep it!
In my case it was about 12 pounds.
