Debate House Prices

I read the OP and it's an interesting proposition "Would you take a pay cut to save jobs in your Company?"

As I said above, I would take the hit, but it's not really straightforward, is it?
In this particular case, I see the company has been running losses for the last five years, so one can only wonder whether or not their business model is sound and if there's a viable future for the firm. Maybe it's time to just shut the shop?0 -

In many smaller companies this has often been the case. As better to have a job than none at all. Retaining all staff members also means business is uneffected trading wise. .0 -
