We got ours last weekend, I was annoyed that it cost us an extra £80 above the price we were quoted, at this price, it doesnt seem so much as a good deal to me.

What is the extra £80 ?

if its linen inc in that ,you could bring your own and save some money :)

:( mad mare hope you hear soon :)

Well yes one was Linen, but then there was entertainment passes, and an idditional cost, as they had changed the dates to a school holiday term time when the cost would be more, even though it was THEY who altered the dates.

:o :rotfl: hubby "found" the confirmation letter in a pile of unopened letters under all his work junk

    Was dated 12 feb !

anyhooooo we have got 2nd park choice, going to Berney Riviere again :D

as we have been before we should manage to NOT get lost this time :o  :rotfl:

Date was 2nd choice ,3 nights July 6th - July 9th ,which is good as that means the kids only need the fri & mon off school :D

    Cost altogether = £ 89.85
Booking exact same holiday with Eurocamp would be £467 !!!

    A nice saving of £377 :T :j :j

any luck with the tel no?

Hi this is what it says in the FAQ's on the website:

If your booking has been successful, your holiday confirmation should have been sent to you directly by the Holiday Park. Please contact our Helpline on 0870 125 3344 as soon as possible (our Helpline opens at 9.00am on Thursday 1st March). We can advise you if your holiday application has been successful and if so provide you with contact details of the Park allocated.

    Hope that helps!

I have a BIG problem though - has anyone ever managed to change their holiday date??
I have gone and double booked  Have booked 7th - 10th May but forgot I'm going to concerts on the 7th & 10th. Hubby is NOT happy with me
Just wondering what my chances are of changing to another week even if it was somewhere else. Would be grateful of any tips that may sway them

    Thanks CC
