Mobile phone insurance
Hi folks,
Apologies if I'm duplicating a very common question (but I have looked as far as page 10 without finding it!)...
Who would you recommend for mobile phone insurance, in particular for an iPhone? My girlfriend was with CUSC at £5.75 a month, with a £50 excess and didn't really have any problems when she managed to break her phone and get it repaired - but I just thought I'd ask for your opinions too!
I'm with Lloyds TSB who offer mobile insurance as part of one of their paid-for-accounts, but that'd be £10 a month and would carry a £100 excess for anything. What's more, I wouldn't benefit from any of the other things (for example the breakdown cover is the bare minimum and wouldn't be any use to me!).
I've just got myself an iPhone 4S and so I'm really keen to insure it!
Many thanks in advance!

Hi,
I was just wondering the same as my Son (16) wanted a new all singing all dancing phone but isn't the most careful individual...lol
I phoned my household insurance company (More Than) and they quoted £36 a year with £50 exess! That also covered any item taken outside my house upto the value of £500. This means it would cover all the phones in the house as well as anything else!
I hope this helps
