I agree if this was just an employment issue but this could amount to a criminal offence and thus the EHRC will advise. They also offer good emotional support and can sign post you to local help that many are not aware of.0 -

THe police may be interested in the incidents of the OP being 'followed outside of work' by other employees, as it may constitute harassment."You were only supposed to blow the bl**dy doors off!!"0 -
Get some legal advice and take those filthy sub-human Goyim to the cleaners!!!0

I would use your phone to record the remarks and get the scum sacked, good luck and don't let the b#####ds grind you down.0

Unless a person is being murdered or there is a bomb the police dont give a fcuk.0

I would tape them, in front of them, and then go straight to the police to report racial abuse. If you haven't got it - please don't flaunt it. TIA.0

Thanks for your supportive replies. I spoke to my trade union rep who did say that as I hadn't kept a diary I didn't have enough proof for a grievance but suggested I keep a diary from now on. Some of the people who made the comments have been spoken to my boss's boss and HR are monitoring it. Some of the people have backed off and there's a bad atmosphere but I don't think I'm going to get beaten up now and have finally got time off work so can start looking for another job. I'm not strong enough really to be fighting them legally (even if I had proof) but need like anyone to put a roof over my head and survive. Thank you - advising me to go my TU rep was def the right move0

I'm calling troll also but only because the use of 'Gentile' is out of place for its normal usage (and yes, I'm also Jewish and have faced anti-semitism in the workplace). Apologies if you're not...at least you never called them goys...
Personally I just stood up to the guy who made comments. He quickly backed off. Get them to clarify their statements and face up to their anti-semitism.0 -
I found the link to get legal info on here extremely helpful - and in terms of being a troll I promise you I'm not. I have suffered like hell with people I work with here in Manchester verbally attacking me then some of them stalking me after. I've noticed anti-semitism getting worse during the recession. I have every right to stand up for myself and I promise you that I have no intention of letting bad people walk all over me, I have no intention of hiding who I am to make people feel better and I'm glad that I've had the presence of mind to get advice when I did not know the right route to go down. It would however have been much better if the evil bigots hadn't had so much hate and petty mindedness in the first place that they felt the need to attack me and cause me so much grief for whatever was lacking in their own life.0

Good luck and good wishes. That sounds like hell, hope they get what's coming!!
