Thanks for the link but I think it will probably be a waste of my time emailing them. I'll just try it on Amazon marketplace instead.

I had something similar.

So, I replied to their email by basically saying.

1. Its an original item.

2. Its MINE - not anyone elses.

3. I paid for it with my money.

4. Now I dont require it, I am free to do with it whatever I wish.

5. I think that you have made a genuine mistake.

They wrote back - and gave me permission to relist the item the following day after returning my previous listing fees.
