P2P and traffic management problems

Hi all out there, I'm thinking of changing my ISP from o2 (been with them for 3 years),not because there's any problem with them but i'm trying to save some cash and they point blank refuse to cut a deal, even if i bundle with a phone line. My real problem is that i use wiziwig etc to stream football and i'm told that if i upgrade with o2....they'll "traffic manage" my service which means evening games are a non-starter.The package i'm on is old and has no TM, Obviously can't go to Sky....i do believe they'd flip out and "manage" me to death. Any solutions ? do all ISP's TM nowadays ?

That's very odd as I have been given 6 months free on a legacy package and quite a few others have received this too. Did you actually speak to retentions?Obviously can't go to Sky....i do believe they'd flip out and "manage" me to death. Any solutions ? do all ISP's TM nowadays ?
Sky BB Unlimited is supposed to be totally free of any management.0
