When to end a contract/request a PAC

Hello

I'm trying to sort out my little sisters contract. She is currently with BT Mobile, and the contract ends on 16th March.

She has decided she wants to go to orange, but i'm a bit confused as to when i should be requesting a PAC code, do i have to give 30days notice? to end the agreement, in the main we don't want to be paying for 13months, when 12 will do and thereis no need to have 2 contracts at one time.

She says see has seen a deal with orange, but we have to commit before 4th March :rolleyes:

Any advice much appreciated.

You should be able to ask for a PAC code within the last 30 days of your current contract. You will. however, have to pay the last month of your BT contract. BT may be able to better the deal your sister has seen with Orange, they will undoubtedly try and beat it.
