OP I would be tempted to send it to his house with WRONG ADDRESS written all over it. The cheeky man! Especially as he has another female in his life now
The opposite of what you know...is also true
  • pretend you never got it. if he asks if you got anything for valentines or if you got his card just plead ignorant and say "no i never go anything. well except the kids made me a lovely card at school/nursery"

Whilst you are fairly certain it is from him you have no proof, so like others have said I would not acknowledge it, especially if he asks at next meeting. Don't let him think you care in any shape or form.

Get out there and get yourself a man and put this fool behind you asap.
  • Oh dear, this cant be a nice position to be in. I think it is admirable that you want to try and maintain a civilised relationship with him for the sake of the children. He seems to be taking advantage of this though and playing games.

He doesn't appear to have changed at all, seeing as he is doing all this behind his girlfriends back. Its like history repeating itself and you will know only to well how she would feel if she knew. I would suggest speaking very firmly to him when the kids are not in ear shot and telling him to back right off.

Ignore the card, ignore the txts, ignore what he says to the kids. He wants you to react - so don't if you don't want to, treat it all as annoying "noise on the line".
.................:)....I'm smiling because I have no idea what's going on ...:)
