It seems to me that the best way at the moment to take advantage of our beloved Tesco is DTD at the CS desk. Do we all have a favourite response when asked why we didn't notice the obvious overcharge at the till? Shall we do a straw poll to find out who says what?

My favourite is to say "I didn't want to hold up the queue and I know you have this fabulous national policy of DTD, so I always switch off at the tills and check my receipt AFTER I have paid. This way, I can't lose.

What are other favourites used by 11+ members[/QUOTE]

have 47 items in trolley according to this receipt,
how am I supposed to remember them all :D

I like to ignore them so they ask me again why i didnt notice, then reply, sorry wasnt paying attention.:rotfl:
Please don't judge me. you couldn't handle half of what I've been through.

Aww that sounds lovely - its nice to be spoilt once in a while!! My mum bought me some (pink) gardening shears when I moved into my house.......I've not even got a garden!! :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

It's my son in law's birthday next week and I'm giving him some feather pillows.....I wonder if he'll feel like smothering me with them :rotfl::rotfl:
My husband says he will leave me if I don't stop shopping......... God I will miss that man.

Turned on my computer this morning and it had been up to something during the night. My normal toolbar is gone. My bit for my favourites has moved to the right hand side and my tabs are at the very top of the screen rather than below they grey bit. Does that make sense?

    Hi Sanya,

Don't know if this has been answered yet but ours has done the same today. Reason for ours is because Windows has authomatically updated to Internet Explorer 9 from IE8. Happened in last week to DD2s laptop and DD3s netbook, so not sure why all updated on different days. HTHs

I had the same barcode too on all 10 vouchers

On the T&Cs it states "limited to one voucher per item (max 10 items per customer" i took that as 1 voucher per Mars Bar so 10 vouchers = 10 Mars Bars.

I saw that you could have the code on your phone but thought if i had 10 printouts it would look better when getting 10 bars, Just incase they looked at my phone and said you only have one code...

I printed them in B&W as not to use up ink... in the end only used 2 printouts for 20 bars... will stock up with the remaining printouts...:D

Edit : Ive just done another voucher, not printed it, again the code is the same

Thanks Neosi, I'll give it a try tomorrow (not that I need any more chocolate but I can't resist a bargain lol). :D

I think you be a crazy man! I'm more of a lurker, come occasional poster..

You're right, how about Frequent, or perhaps 4p or Snap? Pre requisite I think must be to have 10,000 thanks to have the honour of creating a new thread?

I am but a mere amateur when it comes to the elite thread!!

cannot organize a p1ss up in my own alcoshot micro brewery

let alone marshal this rabble :p
